Holding Home is journey into your heart and kitchen to learn about recipes, practices, and meditations to create a sustaining, nourishing home for you and people you love. What does home mean for you? This is the perfect course to take if you want to learn new ways of feeding yourself and your family—not just in body, but in spirit, too. This is a 4-part, self-paced course that you can move through at your own speed.
There is a feeling we get when we come home—that feeling of “ahhhhhhhh.” The sigh of arrival. The urge to change into something more comfortable. Sometimes there is the greeting from dogs, children, loved ones. There is, without a doubt, the messes all around. The dirty dishes, the cluttered tables...these things exist in cycles without end. But there is a beauty in it. The beautiful mess of life reminds us that we are alive, that we have a bountiful existence, and that we have a home to hold us up.
This course includes a guided meditation from Carrie-Anne Moss; and written and creative prompts as well as yogic prompts for the body and spirit. There is also a downloadable audio visualization and a printable meditation guide.
**Please keep in mind that this course was originally published as part of an ongoing series. It may reference time specific elements, such as particular moon cycles, previous course work, etc. We have done what we can to make the course "timeless", but we wanted to be sure to keep as much of the nourishing content as possible.**

Carrie-Anne Moss is a mother, wife, actress and Yogi who came to Los Angeles to pursue a career in acting. Over the last 20 years, her work in the entertainment industry included roles in acclaimed films such as The Matrix and Memento.
Success as an actress brought fulfillment, but for Carrie-Anne, it was marriage and motherhood where she found her deepest sense of purpose and her greatest joy.
“My desire is to live in a world where nourishment is valued. I believe a nourished family will lead to a nourished world. My wish is to inspire others to create honest and satisfying lives. I find immense satisfaction in my role as a wife and mother, seeking deep and truthful connection with my husband and children. I am passionate about education, not just of the mind, but also of the soul. I advocate for sacred motherhood by encouraging other mothers to connect with their families. Keeping an open heart is key in cultivating a life of grace.”
What women are saying about our courses ...
"In my mornings and in my life, with my lover and our two young children, I am now able to focus more on the moon and the themes of Carrie-Anne's courses. They touch and carry me. I have developed a deeper connection with my body and my stories, and I have been able to get in touch with my heart and feelings and the rhythm of the year. I am so deeply grateful." (M.N.)
"I already had a regular meditation practice before I started this course, but joining Carrie-Anne's program has upgraded my meditation practice from being a chore and a discipline to something juicy, joyful and just all-around delicious. I feel more in-tune, more feminine and I love meditating with a guided practice. And I'm really looking forward to meditating every day." (M.W.)
"Before last month, I had never meditated in my life. Today, I'm sleeping better than ever (after decades of insomnia), having amazing dreams (set with new landscapes, treating new themes) and am managing work-related stress in positive ways. So many gifts. Thank you for bringing your wisdom, heart and generosity to this experience. I feel so fortunate to be a part of it." (J.S.)
